PhoneGap is a standards-based, open-source development framework that helps in saving development time by providing a cloud-based build service. 

Adobe PhoneGap Build enabling code once with HTML and JavaScript and deploy it to any mobile device without losing features of a native app. PhoneGap was donated to the Apache Software Foundation (ASF) under the name Apache Cordova.
