Which mobile has a better Display, Samsung Galaxy M51 or Xiaomi Note 9 Pro? 

Samsung M51 Display is no doubt better than Xiaomi Note 9 pro.

M51 has a slightly bigger display of 6.7 inches compared to the 6.67-inch display of Xiaomi Note 9 Pro.

M51 has a Color Super AMOLED Plus screen (16M) whereas Xiaomi Note 9 Pro has a Color IPS LCD screen (16M). No doubt the Samsung M51 display is much superior to Xiaomi Note 9 pro.

Which color is better Electric Blue or Celestial Black?

I like the one shown in this video, which is Electric Blue. I prefer using a lighter shade of mobile phone as it looks bright and new for a longer time and is also easy to find :). 

I have also applied a transparent back cover. 

The other choice available is Celestial Black which is more of a Dark Blue shade rather than Black. It also comes with a black charger and black cable rather than the white ones shown in this video. As a second option, you can also go with Celestial Black as well. 

Since this phone has a plastic back you would definitely need to use a back cover and you can always put a brighter one.
